Rooms were well-maintained and new-fashioned, everything was good. The room with large refrigerator. The food was decent with good choice of choice! In general the service was great. They had an easy check-in.

This place offers a writing desk, a kitchen area, and an iron in the room, along with exceptionally comfortable beds and a particularly good bathroom in a great location.

This place is conveniently located near a large hill and the T stadium.

Had good stay during entire vacation with extremely hospitable staff and unbeatable location to the training center etc. Location: the hotel was near texas, Rangers baseball park and the airport. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Pho Kobe that is only 15 minutes' walk away...

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. It's close to the airport and just a short ride to the Cowboys AT&T stadium in Dallas. The hotel facilities were recently refurbished and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedding and linens were of high quality. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.

Farly dirty bathroom. Moldy shower. Broken tiles. TV satellite connection was unstable. Not much in the area for amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a good choice for travelers. It is very close to the American airline training center, stadiums, and DFW airport. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides friendly and efficient service. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and there were several facilities available for guests to enjoy.

It is disappointing that the shuttle service is not available during certain hours, causing inconvenience for guests.

The manager as well as the whole staff. Very accomodating and, in fact, paid me a great favor when I forgot my eye glasses at their hotel. I am very greatful for that!

THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK DURING THE DAY WAS AMAZING.

The room was clean and tidy, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the airport and easy to find. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, which saved me some extra money during my trip.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. The staff at the hotel were very rude and unhelpful.

It was comfortable and clean for the most part

They would not store luggage. They seemed bothered to help with anything. There is a sign in the room that if you forgot something to cam the front desk. The front desk then tells you to come purchase it out of the vending machine.
